Position B14


  • Being able to define from scratch the entire architecture of the mobile app including which APIs to choose, what source control to use, which cloud services are needed and how-to CI/CD

  • Developing new features and user interfaces from wireframe models

  • Ensuring the best performance and user experience of the application

  • Fixing bugs and performance problems

  • Writing clean, readable, and testable code

  • Being able to write basic tests for the code

  • Being able to write the back-end side if needed and work with design that is built from a template


Must have:

  • A proficiency at mobile app development. This includes the whole process, from the first line of code to publishing in the stores

  • Deep knowledge in working with React Native or Flutter or Other cross-platform mobile development environments

In addition, should have:

  • Proficiency in mobile app development. This includes the whole process, from the first line of code to publishing in the stores

  • Extensive knowledge in developing in JavaScript

  • Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or other cloud deployment experience

  • Front and back-end mobile development on any platform

  • Experience with Git

  • Familiarity with JSON


  • Experience in native mobile development either for Android or IOS

  • Proficiency at writing automated tests

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for networking

Nice to have: Python, Node.JS, React, Angular, Vue, SQL, SQlite, CSS, HTML, Java, PHP, Android Studio, IONIC, Xamarin

Technical experience with text to speech or news APIs is an advantage.

Position U03 UX/UI mobile designer


  • plan and implement new designs 

  • Optimize existing user interface designs

  • Test for intuitivity and experience

  • Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives

  • Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions

  • Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements

  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

  • Portfolio of design projects

Position M03 Marketing and Product manager


  • Being responsible for product fit

  • Developing/managing all aspects of the company’s mobile marketing campaigns.

  • Developing strategies to drive mobile traffic

  • Tracking conversion rates – what worked, what didn’t, and why?

  • Implementing paid search, PPC, and SEO strategies/campaigns.

  • Raising brand awareness and online presence through mobile marketing projects and campaigns

  • Planning and executing mobile marketing budgets

  • Staying on top and review new technology trends and opportunities to ensure the company remains a mobile marketing leader within the industry, and in digital marketing space


Must have Mobile App marketing experience at PPC and B2C paid advertising.  Google Analytics is also key, as is a Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or Business Studies.

Being able to create viral campaigns, with low CPC.

  • Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of mobile app paid advertising initiatives to drive adoption and engagement of a mobile app.

  • Demonstrate ability to work at the planning level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth via paid and owned channels) and at the tactical level (managing advertising campaign execution, creating and optimising campaigns, analysing traffic data and solving problems).

  • Oversee and continue to improve tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyze key metrics including cost to acquire, quality of the traffic by source, and return on investment.

  • Build, develop and manage relationship with suppliers, agencies and multiple top mobile ad networks (e.g. Google).

  • Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on all mobile marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained.

  • Collaborate closely with technical, business, and support teams to manage simultaneous time sensitive projects.

  • Demonstrated ability to create innovative new marketing programs and/or partnerships that generate results (paid and owned).

  • Strong time management skills; ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical skills; bias toward decision making based on data, and high proficiency with Excel and using it to configure, analyse, and present data.

  • Tenacity and sense of urgency; ability to make things happen quickly with large, less nimble partners and/or teams.

  • Superior verbal and written communications skills with extreme attention to detail.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Proven relevant work experience in paid mobile app marketing, mobile marketing, digital marketing, and/or display and search marketing.

  • Proven track record of delivering customer acquisition growth and optimisation across key metrics.

  • Previous experience managing online advertising and display campaigns, preferably third party app advertising campaigns with mobile ad networks and publishers such as Facebook, Google, etc.

  • Familiar with adobe creative suite

Important matrices that the team should control and will be valued for:

  • Conversion rates

  • Cost per conversion (CPC)

  • Lead to close ratio

  • Return on ad spend (ROAS)

  • Cost per acquisition (CPA)

Experience with text to speech or news mobile apps is an advantage.
